A MESSAGE FROM MARIAN MONTALBANO-DINAN REGARDING UPCOMING GIRLS’ LUNCHEON:

Martha Hayden-George and the planning committee have suggested Saturday, October 1, 2011 as a proposed date for our upcoming luncheon. We have met at the Botanical Gardens in the past, and hope to have it there again.

We are so happy to have heard from several of you already, and are really looking forward to getting a good group together. The years go by so fast and we rarely see each other, so please look at your calendar and let us know if you can save that date to join us.

Hope you all can make plans to be with us to renew old friendships and remember old times.

More news will follow as event details are confirmed.

SECOND MESSAGE

Hi, Girls, Martha Hayden-George and Barbara Steed-Colson, our party planners, are trying to confirm plans for our luncheon date on October 1, 2011. We are hoping to have confirmations from everyone no later than September 5, if not sooner. The urgency is we have to have an accurate number of guests for Martha to make reservations at the Botanical Gardens. It is a lovely place to meet for lunch and we hope to be able to go there.

I know this is a busy time for all of us, but would appreciate it if we can get confirmed replies to Martha and Barbara as soon as possible. Perhaps some of you had already declined, but thought I would send this note a second time just in case you might be able to join us.
